Albrighton Triathletes out in Force

Albrighton Triathletes were out in force on a scorching Bank Holiday at the North Shropshire Mini Triathlon.

Mini Girls – Elizabeth and Elsie came 2nd and 4th respectively and Elizabeth shot a pb of 940 in a competition

Mini Boys – Thomas and Joshua came 6th and 9th. Well done both especially Josh for completing your first competition and Thomas for a fantastic pb in the swim phase.

Our tadpole girls faced stiff competition and came 7th, 12 and 13th. Well done Evie, Harriett and Phoebe and a special mention for Phoebe who achieved the best run and a pb in swimming.

The tadpole boys came 5th and 7th – well done Jude and Jonah – 1st competition too. Mabel came 6th in the Beanie Girl competition and in the Beanie Boys – Reuben 4th, Finn 5th, George 7th and Bertie 9th – our weekly swimming club sessions have certainly paid off. Lastly, well done to our Tiddler Girls – Georgia 2nd, Frankie7th and Jessica Bea 10th

In the team competition, Reuben, Finn, George and Bertie came 5th; Thomas, Elizabeth, Elsie and Jonah came 8th; Mabel, Georgia, Jessica Bea and Frankie came 12th; and Evie, Harriett, Phoebe and Jude came 15th – well done everybody for a lovely day
