Area Showjumping

Brilliant day at Area Showjumping for Albrighton Hunt Pony Club members as everyone who competed also qualified for the Champs or the Regionals!

Seb competed for the first time in an area competition and did well in the 70cm qualifying individually for the Regional Championships.

Our 80 team consisted of Macy, Elodie and Emily who finished in 5th place qualifying for the Regional Champs, the teams from 2nd to 5th all finished on the same amount of faults so it was very close! Elodie also did really well finishing individually in 4th place!

Our 90 team consisted of Macy, Katie, Tessa and Charlotte and were mostly new combinations too so there were no expectations at all. However they all rode amazingly well to take the team win! With Macy taking the individual win and Tessa finishing 2nd individually. Qualifying them for the Pony Club Champs!

Oona was competing individually in the 100 class and was therefore in an area team who took the win and Oona finished 4th individually. Qualifying again for the Pony Club Champs.

The courses were challenging this year, there weren’t many double clears in any of the heights but our members rode brilliantly.
