Area Mounted Games contact ( NNPC ) for our area if branches/centres want guidance with regards to games.

My name is Simon Duddy and I am currently volunteering teaching mounted games for North Norfolk PC.

In the past I have been a member with Essex and Suffolk PC competing in all different disciplines, but games were and are my passion. What I’m hoping to achieve is to get our area attendance with games back to what it used to be when I competed, so when my son is of the age to compete, he will hopefully have his own fond memories of Pony club games as I did.

Mounted Games Training

Simon Duddy our area 8 rep for mounted games is hosting rallies/training at Easton College starting Monday evenings from the 30th September. Open to all. Please support. See North Norfolk Pony Club calendar for details.

Area Mounted Games – 24th May 25

Mounted Games is a team sport that combines a love of ponies and friends with various races. Teams of four or five riders and ponies take part in a series of exciting and exhilarating races that involve a mix of turns, handovers, skill, vaulting and galloping against other teams.

Often ran on grass or all-weather surfaces, Mounted Games is an adaptation of Gymkhana and is great fun for you, your pony and your team. You can develop skills such as improving accuracy, agility, concentration, speed, hand to eye coordination, team work and sportsmanship whilst having lots of fun playing some imaginative games.

Area Mounted Games – 18th May 2024 will be held at Stratford Hills kindly hosted by Essex Farmers PC.
