All rallies are planned carefully around the number of riders wanting to attend – and instructors and venues are booked accordingly.
Unless otherwise advertised all Rallies will close ONE WEEK before the date, or when spaces are full in the online booking.
Due to increasing costs and commitments to venues and instructors, we will only be able to issue a refund if :
- Prior to the event/rally there are people on a waiting list who would like to take your place.
- If you have extenuating circumstances such as critical illness, a family member’s death or the loss of your horses life.
- If you have found someone to replace you and they have already paid the PC for your rally place.
We are no longer offering refunds for horse lameness / illness or personal illness.
In the event that you would like a refund to be considered, please contact the organiser of the event itself.
In the event of making the decision to withdraw your horse/rider from an event or rally, the above rules also apply.
