Volunteering is a prerequisite of membership and the more members who can help, the lighter the load for those members past and present who always do volunteer and the more events we can offer our members. We run various major events throughout the year and member’s parent or carer is required to give at least one full day to the branch as a volunteer at one of these shows or through another activity.
Our events raise money to subsidise the rallies, camps, training, show entries etc throughout the year and cannot run without lots of helpers! You don’t necessarily need to have any experience, there are plenty of jobs to be filled and it can be great fun.
Please note, volunteering at Camp is a separate requirement to volunteering at the Branch events.
