Our Branch
Throughout the year the branch holds a programme of both mounted and dismounted rallies where qualified instructors train members from lead rein to advanced in riding and horse and pony care, with the opportunity to progress through Pony Club tests.
Regular training sessions are held for dressage, show jumping, mounted games, mini training and event training, horse care and Quiz training. These are for all ages and abilities.
The branch enters teams for most disciplines, in qualifying events for the Pony Club National Championships.
The highlight of the year for many members is the annual camp, which is held during the summer holidays.
Each year the branch organises competitions which are open to members and non members, these include hunter trials, one day events, indoor cross country and mounted games competitions.
We value all of our members equally. We want to help members to grow as individuals and we celebrate each member’s achievements. We are a team and we aim to be accessible, inclusive and open.
