The Minis came 3rd in the morning claiming a place at the championship.
Then the Junior/Senior team won the afternoon heats, so guaranteeing their spot at the Championships.
Also a massive thank you to all the helpers and stewards ensuring the scores were gained fairly.

So incredibly proud of all these Burton Hunt PC quiz girls today!!
After successfully winning and placing at the top of their Area competitions we sent 2 quiz teams to the national championship finals to fight it out against all the other winners and runners up across the UK!! Just short of 40 teams in each section and our Mini team got a fantastic top 10 placing bringing home a 10th place rosette with the Junior/senior team also only just narrowly missing out by the smallest margin of closely contended points off the placing board coming in at 13th!
So looking forward to keeping up the training with you all for next years one and couldn’t be more pleased with all your hard work and progress.

Fantastic result for all of our members today at area games.
After a super close session, Ollie G and Molly took the nail biting run off for first place in the pairs competition, securing their place at zones. Freddie and Nina ran beautifully too, doing the branch proud.
Elly and Miles made up a junior team with the hosting branch, the South Notts. They rode really well together and were beautifully turned out.
In the PPC senior competition the Burton team, represented by Layla, Molly, Ollie W, Freddie and Arabella, fought a close battle with the South Notts, coming away with a ticket to zones with 2nd place.
Many thanks to Dianne for her continued support and training of our games riders, bring on zones!

Toffee and Oceane jumped a double clear in the PC70 to come in 3rd which meant they have qualified for regional championships together!

2nd round they just clipped one pole knocking them to 5th place and they are off to Regional Champs at Aston – le – Walls in a few weeks time!

The took 7th Place out of 14 teams at the zones today. Well done. Well done Oliver, Layla, Freddie, Arabella and Miles and of course all of the parents.

DRESSAGE
What a great championships with a lovely team.
Lots of fun partying & dancing before getting down to the serious dancing.
The whole team rode fantastically & all scored very highly, all improved on last year.
Unfortunately new rules, allowing higher level competitors in this year, kept all the novice teams out of the placings.
Amazing performances from all & a great team spirit again. Thank you all.

MUSICAL RIDE
Congratulations to our musical ride team, achieving 5th place on 81.75% in a very competitive competition. Well done to our neighbours The South Notts on their win, keeping the title within area 6.
