If you have any questions about our rallies, please speak to the rally organiser or either Nicky Fryer or Lindsay Best. Your times will be posted on here by the Thursday before each rally. Once times are posted there will be a no refund policy. Unless due to illness of member or pony
PC Membership must be in date to attend. A refund will be sent for all bookings made on expiry of membership.
Please can all parents/ helpers, help by clearing up any droppings your pony makes. No hay nets or horses or ponies are to be tied-up outside trailers.
Please DO NOT MOUNT your horse and pony wait until you have spoken to your instructor and are inside the arena.
Present yourself to your instuctor 10 minutes before your time slot – if you are late you will loose training time it will NOT be added to the end of the session.
Remember to have the correct turnout for yourself and your horse/pony. There will be a strict uniform policy for ALL rallies. You will NOT be permitted to ride without your pony club uniform. Hair must be tied above the shoulder in a hairnet.
Whips to be as per PC rules for the discipline you are training in.
Hats must be tagged
NO Spurs without an appropriately tagged hat to prove you have passed your spur test or completed your C+ Riding Test

Due to low entry numbers this rally will run a little differently. Rather than let members down who really want to attend by cancelling, times below will reflect the budget BCF have to still run – We hope parents will understand. This will NOT affect the D/D+ tests being ran alongside the rally.

XC Rally
Please present yourself at the side of the arena eventing arena 10mins before your ride UNMOUNTED. Correct Tack and turnout is required., All hats must be tagged. Body protectors 2018 as per PC rules.
23rd July – XC Training @ Kelsall EC – with Liz Lyonette
** Please ensure you have submitted your horse/ponies Passports these should have been emailed to dc.burtoncheshireforest@pcuk.org and MUST accompany your horse/pony. ** ALL Vaccinations should be up to date.
** Please show your passport to the office @ Kelsall upon arrival BEFORE you unload your horse/pony **
With hot temps predicted please remember to keep yourself and your pony hydrated. You may wear short sleeves but your shoulders must be covered. Sunscreen also advised.
