A FEW RULES FOR CAMP – please read (parents and Campers) : Rules & Regulations

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – please can parents and Campers read (includes contact details):

Monday afternoon at Aztec is for all members who meet the criteria and all stayers will go. Anyone not wanting to swim will go on the coach and watch.

Dayers will be transported by their parents who need to collect them from Lincomb at 2p.m. Aztec allow those aged 8 and over to go in unaccompanied as long as they are able to swim the required distance. Those aged 7 and under must be at least 122cms and must be accompanied by a parent. Dayers therefore have the following options and must let Mrs Ogle in the Clubhouse know their intentions by Tuesday evening:Go to Aztec with their parents and watchGo to Aztec and swim with their parentBe collected and have a half day and go home for a rest

Camp is for the members attending Camp and no one else should be on site unless they are with a parent to watch during the day or have been asked in to do a specific job. Remember ONLY campers allowed in the Camp field and we really want the members to use this opportunity to look after their horses themselves so parents should not be grooming/mucking out/feeding etc. The instructors and Camp officials are there to help with any issues.  Guests are however invited in on Monday evening for 5.30 to watch the presentation being given by Bryony Wilson but we ask that you sign in on arrival please and respect the fact that the kids will be getting back into their usual routine and having their supper afterwards.

Thank you to all those parents taking a turn on the kitchen helper rota – it is much appreciated. Camp is run by volunteers and most of them are taking time off work to be there so when extra help is requested it is because we need it!!

Here’s to a happy and successful ( and hopefully dry) Camp!
