All rallies are advertised on the Cumberland Foxhounds Members Only Facebook page.

If you cancel after the times are posted there are no refunds.
- Ridden Rallies are £20 unless otherwise noted
- Unmounted Rallies are £5 unless otherwise noted
To put your name down for the rally, you must enter via “Horse Events” in the Members Only Facebook Group or click on the link blow.
Rally Turnout for Pony Club
- Hat (must be Pony Club tagged & for Cross Country 80cm and above, it must have a flexible peak) Hats must be worn for all Stable Management/Dismounted Events.
- Hairnet if you have long hair, this must be tied up securely in a bun.
- Plain collared shirt with PC tie
- PC sweatshirt (XC Colours may be worn for a XC rally if you prefer, but must have long sleeves)
- PC Badge & felt
- Gloves
- Warm jacket/waterproof if required
- Body protector if desired (compulsory for cross country, see PC Body Protector Rule)
- Jodhpurs (Any plain colour, no bright colours)
- Black or Brown Long riding boots/ or short boots with gaiters or chaps (no tassels) or short boots with Jodhpur clips
- NO HOODS
- NO JEWELLERY
- Ponies should be clean and very well groomed.
- Tack must be cleaned before every rally and checked it is safe.
- Peacock safety stirrups (the ones with the elastic) should not be used for children over 6 stone
- In very hot weather, you may just ride in a short sleeved shirt or polo shirt, however this shirt must cover your shoulders. Except for Mounted Games where long sleeves are compulsory.
- Medical armband must be worn for cross country and Endurance

PASSPORTS
You must keep a valid horse passport with your animal at all times. This includes at its stable or when you are travelling.

17 August – Rowen Barbary Cumbria Challenge
Endurance GB are excited to be running a brand-new competition for 2025 created in partnership with The Pony Club and Endurance GB — the Pony Club Endurance Relay! Designed to give all members a taste of endurance riding. This team challenge is about rhythm, recovery, and horsemanship.
What is it?
A relay-style endurance ride round a 25km route, with an optimum speed of 12kph. There’s no advantage to going faster — the focus is on smart riding and finishing with a calm, well-managed horse/pony.
Open to all Pony Club Members aged 8 and up. Members under 12 must ride with an adult (maximum of two Members per adult).
