Rallies are advertised on our internal East Down Branch Communications Facebook page AND on either Junior or Senior Whatsapp groups.

CANCELLATION POLICY
No refunds are given within 72 hours of the rally or training event
In some exceptional circumstances, this may be waived (at the discretion of DC / ADC) or on the production of a doctor’s letter or vet’s note.

Please be mindful of the following:

you are responsible for your own tack checking and general safety at PC Rallies

please be aware that EHV-1 (& other communicable conditions such as ringworm & flu) are out there for our horses – so do not let them sniff each other and keep them home if there are any signs of temperature or if you are in a yard where there has been equine foreign travel.

please check your horse’s inoculations for Tet and Flu and that you have seen your farrier & equine dentist on a regular basis

If your pony is lame or showing signs of discomfort please do not be offended if a committee member brings this to your attention – we are all looking out for our horses’ health and well being

Your horse must be 4 or over in order to take part in PC events and activities and if you intend to ride a stallion please let DC/ADC know (you will need to wear an ID disc) .
