The Pony Club is a unique youth equestrian organisation, providing the opportunity to participate in 9 different sports.
The East Sussex branch of The Pony Club was established in 1931 and is part of ‘Area 11’. With a current membership of over 120 from age 3 to 25 we aim to offer fun, friendship, training, events and competitions for all levels of ability.
We hold training sessions throughout the year in many disciplines and for all age groups. The highlight of the year for many is Camp – a week-long residential camp for our older members and shorter, non-residential camps for our Junior and Mini members. These are always very popular and hugely enjoyed!
The branch offers the opportunity to compete in the many of the Pony Club disciplines, including: Dressage, Eventing, Show Jumping, Mounted Games and Tetrathlon. Many of our members represent the branch in one or more of these disciplines at interbranch competitions.
