Let’s Celebrate!

Join us to celebrate all the members’ achievements and successes for 2024 on Saturday 30^th November at Herstmonceux Village Hall, Hailsham Road, Herstmonceux BN27 4JX. Doors open 6.45pm to start at 7pm and dancing stops at 10.30pm.

Tickets
Tickets are £2.50 per person and include a sausage in a roll, squash, tea and coffee. Please purchase in advance on https://espc.entrymaster.online/index.php?id=1#event6. Please feel free to bring any additional nibbles, food and drink of choice.

Awards
Part of the evening will be used to celebrate Members’ 2024 achievements. Members that received a trophy in 2023 need to think about getting it engraved and returning to either the Discipline Head or myself by Friday 15^th November.

Bake off Competition
What better way to celebrate than with cake! This year we will be holding a Bake Off Cake Competition and the cake theme will be our favourite topic horse or horses. The competition will be in four categories and judged by our special guest to be revealed on Facebook.
Categories: Minis, Juniors, Seniors and Parents. Cakes will be enjoyed by all as part of the evening.

Raffle
To help raise funds to enable the club to continue to subsidise activities such as rallies, tests and more.  Raffle tickets will be available to purchase on the night with our usual fantastic range of horse and non-horse related prizes. Please contact me if you would like to donate a prize for the evening.

Disco
To conclude the celebrations we hope to see some special moves on the dance floor. Members are encourage to help with the play list. Nominations for songs Members want played need to send the name of song and artist to espc.secretary11@gmail.com.
