A huge congratulations to Dakota on achieving her Bronze Young Equestrian Leaders Award (YELA)! 🏅

This fantastic achievement recognises Dakota’s dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to volunteering within Pony Club activities. Through the YELA programme, young people develop valuable life skills including leadership, communication, teamwork and organisation, while gaining practical experience across a wide range of equestrian and volunteering roles.

The YELA scheme is free for Pony Club members to join at Bronze level and provides an excellent opportunity for young people to build confidence, develop new skills and make a positive contribution to their Pony Club and wider equestrian community.

Dakota is a wonderful ambassador for East Sussex Pony Club and a great example of how volunteering can help young people grow both in and out of the saddle. We are delighted to hear she is already working towards her Silver Award.
