Congratulations to Emily Lapworth on achieving her Bronze Young Equestrian Leaders Award (YELA). This is a fantastic achievement and recognises the time, commitment and enthusiasm Emily has shown through volunteering. The YELA scheme supports young people in developing valuable skills such as communication, organisation, teamwork and leadership, while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of roles.
