27th July Main Camp set up/drop off

28th July – 2nd August Main Camp

28th July (lunchtime) – 31st July Mini Camp

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW?

1. Fill out Camper Medical Form  by 1st July
2. Fill out Member Rider and Horse Form by 1st July
3. Sign up for Volunteer roles
4. Order your Camp T shirt
5. Order shavings by 14th July if you want them delivered to your stable

We will be strictly adhering to the Camp requirements, which were detailed in the Initial Camp letter above:

1. 3 ridden rallies from end of Camp 2024 (completed/booked in by May 29^th)
2. Passport/vaccination check done (see below for how to do this)
3. You must be a current member, if it runs out before June, you will have to renew your membership early. This can be done up to a month in advance, via the Membership Portal.

We also need you to have read, signed and emailed to Karen the PCUK Codes of Conduct, which you can find on our Policies Page
