Our Meynell Hunt Pony Club Trophies are very special to us, they hold a 
lot of our history and we would ask you to look after them.  They should 
be returned, clean and in one piece, to Rachel Hemphill

If you are lucky enough to receive a trophy whether it be at camp, a 
competition or the Presentation Evening it is your choice whether or not 
to have it engraved at your own expense, it will not be engraved by the 
branch.  It is also important that if you are awarded a trophy as part 
of a team, it should be shared equally – for example 3 months each to a 
team of 4.

GW Trophy 

Not all trophies are presented every year.  Subjective trophies are chosen by the Committee with fairness to the whole membership.  Committee members are not allowed to nominate their own child. The DC’s decision on recipient is final.
