Can all riders and their parents please remember to pick up any droppings from their pony/horse in both arenas and car parks. Please don’t leave this for others to do for you. For everyone’s safety no dogs are allowed and younger siblings must be supervised at all times.

IMPORTANT: all horses/ponies taking part in rallies must be up to date with their vaccinations.
This is a reminder of the importance of ensuring that your horse/pony is showing no signs of illness before travelling and attending a rally. This applies to all manner of equine illnesses including flu. By attending the following rallies, it is assumed that you have made all the necessary checks to ensure that your horse/pony is healthy and fit to attend the rally.
DRESS CODE REMINDER
Working Rallies/Show Jump Rallies/General Rallies Plain, solid colour Jodhpurs (cream, beige or canary preferred but dark contrast seats are allowed), Riding Jacket (Tweed or plain navy/black), Pony Club Badge, Shirt/Stock Shirt (White, must cover shoulders) Pony Club Tie/Pony Club Stock, Pony Club Sweatshirt (or plain black/navy jumper) only if you do not have a jacket, plain blue/black Hat covering, Long or Short Boots (black/brown or oxblood), Chaps (black or brown) or Jodhpur Clips (matching), Riding Gloves.
Unmounted Rallies Pony club sweatshirt, shirt and tie, jodhpurs (plain light colour preferred), jodphur boots, sturdy footwear (NOT trainers), always bring your hat and gloves.
Games Rallies additional Pony Club Sweatshirt or Plain Black/ Navy jumper. Please note if your jumper is removed make sure your tie or stock does not flap about.
Arena XC/ XC Rallies additional you may wear XC colours/skins but a body protector of the correct standard MUST be worn and no riding hats with fixed peaks to be worn.
Hair shall be firmly secured at nape of neck (preferably in a net, no ponytails or plaits)

Please remember to thank your instructor and the committee member or helpers on leaving a rally or training. This is a courtesy which is greatly appreciated by those people, some of whom give up their own time for your enjoyment and safety. Offers of help to set up or put away jumps and equipment are gladly received.
Members must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all pony club rallies and events.
