Welcome to the Peak Branch of The Pony Club! We’re delighted to have you join our community.
At Peak Pony Club, friendship, learning, and fun are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you’re completely new or have been riding for years, this is a great place to build confidence, develop new skills, and make lifelong friends.
We run activities throughout the year, including mounted rallies, horse and pony care sessions, camps, and training across all disciplines. The below information will help you understand how we communicate, how to book activities and what to wear.
Our main method of communication is our WhatsApp Community. Once you join Peak Pony Club, you will be sent a link to access the community chat and can choose the groups relevant to your interests and age group.
We also share updates on Facebook and Instagram, so please follow our pages to stay informed.
More formal information will be sent by email, so do check that our messages are reaching your inbox and not your spam folder.
Our Peak Pony Club website is also full of useful resources, so we encourage you to have a browse.
All our activities and rallies are booked through Horse Events.
You can find upcoming sessions either directly on the Horse Events website or through our Peak Calendar on the Peak Pony Club website, which links you straight to the relevant booking pages.
Please note that a late entry window is available for most activities. Late entries do incur a small additional fee. This helps give families flexibility when plans change or when you need to book at short notice.
If you are unsure how to book, need help with login details, or have any questions about which rally is suitable, please just ask — we’re always happy to assist.
We do have a dress code so that everyone feels part of Peak Pony Club and to ensure safety around horses. Click on the below link for a guide on What to Wear.
Horses and ponies can be unpredictable, so correct safety equipment is essential. Please take the time to read the dress code carefully, especially the guidance on hats and body protectors.
If you are unsure about anything, our committee members are always happy to help.
