Peak’s Holly Represented Area 4 at Pony Club Dengie National Quiz

We are incredibly proud to share that Holly recently represented Area 4 as part of the Senior Team at the Pony Club Dengie National Quiz, held at Loughborough University.

Holly joined forces with an excellent team of riders from across the region: Zara and Beth from Fylde and District, and Olivia from West Lancs. Together, they formed a strong and determined Area 4 team, competing against some of the best Pony Club quiz teams.

The Dengie National Quiz is no easy challenge. It tests competitors on a wide range of equestrian knowledge, including horse care, conformation and anatomy, legal requirements, feeding, veterinary topics, and general Pony Club expertise. The level of competition is always exceptionally high, making every placing a real achievement.

After a morning of rounds and close competition, the Area 4 team delivered an outstanding performance, finishing 3rd out of 12 teams — a fantastic result and a testament to their hard work, teamwork, and dedication.

Holly’s contribution to the team was invaluable, and we couldn’t be more delighted to see her efforts rewarded on such a big stage. Representing Area 4 at a national level is an achievement in itself, and to come home with a podium finish makes it even more special.
