All QHPC activities are run by volunteers. Please help to set up and put away. Please offer to make instructor lunches at All-Day rallies.

QHPC Refund and Waitlist policies
Rallies/training/other activities not mentioned below – no refunds given within one week of the event
Camp refund policy – no deposit or full payment refunds after payment closing date/s, unless place can be filled
Camp waitlist policy – if camp is over-subscribed (this has only happened in the past for Senior Camp) there will be a waitlist. If a place becomes available it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist based on entry date/time. The only exception will be if a place becomes available within a couple of weeks of camp after rides have been sorted and, in that case, it may be necessary to offer the space to someone on the wait list based on ability.
