Plan ahead with the calendar of activities below. Click directly on an activity date to book via the online booking system. Any questions, please contact the committee.

All QHPC activities are run by volunteers. Please help to set up and put away. Please offer to make instructor lunches at All-Day rallies.

Please observe the following:

  • Respect guidance from organiser
  • Ensure members are correctly dressed and check pony tack is correct (see under QHPC Information)
  • Arrive promptly, about 10-15 minutes before time slot so there is time to unload
  • Park safely
  • Members should not mount their pony until told to do so by their instructor
  • After the activity, leave as quickly as possible so that others can arrive promptly and park.

QHPC Cancellation policy

Rallies/training/other activities not mentioned below – no refunds given within one week of the event

Camp refund policy – no deposit or full payment refunds after closing date, unless place can be filled

Competition and event refunds – see schedule or contact organiser

Events in pale or dark blue are QHPC Branch-based activities or payments

Events in purple are Area 6 based activities

Events in gold are National Championships
