All QHPC activities are run by volunteers. Please help to set up and put away. Please offer to make instructor lunches at All-Day rallies.
Please observe the following Respect guidance from organiser * Ensure members are correctly dressed and check pony tack is correct (see under QHPC Information) * Arrive promptly, about 10-15 minutes before time slot so there is time to unload * Park safely * Members should not mount their pony until told to do so by their instructor * After the activity, leave as quickly as possible so that others can arrive promptly and park.
