Please check carefully and let me know if there are any problems or issues (Sarah 07780 491147). A final/updated version will be provided on Saturday. All competition details, including competitor and visitor briefing is provided through Pony Club Results, including competition times, printable numbers, venue and catering information, and live results on the day Please ensure all attending have done a lateral flow and tested negative flow before attending.

For competitions at Area level or above, a vaccination booster must be received within 6 months and 21 days of the competition (but not within 7 days). For all other competitions boosters must be at maximum 12 month intervals. Full new vaccination details here:


Remember to take your passport to all events, they may be checked. It is a legal requirement that passports accompany horse/pony when in transit.

‘Quorn Hunt Pony Club’ Facebook page gives information about our branch. 

As a member, get the most from Facebook by joining the QHPC Members page – on the main page select Groups from the ‘More’ dropdown box and apply to join the Members page. An administrator will give access.


Book activities via ‘online booking’ and observe following:

Do not attend if anyone in your household is showing any symptoms of Covid-19:

  1. Please respect guidance from organiser.
  2. Please ensure members are correctly dressed (see dress code tab) and check pony tack is correct.
  3. Please arrive promptly, about 10-15 minutes before you are due to ride so you have time to unload. Park safely.
  4. Do not mount your pony until told to do so by your instructor.
  5. After your activity, please leave as quickly as possible so that others can arrive promptly and park safely.
  6. If you are in the last group, please help clear away.


  NOTE – RALLY/TRAINING Cancellation policy “No refunds are given within one week of the event”
