Tests and test training

QHPC organise regular test training (e.g. C, C+) and test assessments.

If you wish to take a test with another Pony Club branch, please obtain DC (Julie Mann) approval.

Rally and Training organisers needed

If you are able to be a rally or training organiser, please contact Natalie Barsby

Towing trailers – help always needed

We always need help with towing our jump and equipment trailers to All Day Rallies and other activities. The Jump trailers need a vehicle capable of pulling 3.5 tonnes, but the two smaller equipment trailers are much lighter and you just need a towbar! Please contact Julie Mann or Natalie Barsby if you can help.

Note updated hat and body protector requirements (see Dress and Tack information page)

All horses and ponies must be vaccinated if attending any Pony Club activity (even as a companion). Vaccination boosters must be administered at a maximum of 12 months intervals and not within the 7 days before attending an activity. Sometimes, such as pony racing, vaccination is required every 6 months. Full new vaccination details here:

Remember to take your passport to all events, it may be checked. It is a legal requirement that passports accompany horse/pony when in transit.
