Ponies and Horses attending any Pony Club activity should have been vaccinated for flu within the last 12 months. However, many other equestrian organisations and many venues used by The Pony Club now require horses and ponies to have had a booster in the last 6 months. Please check which applies to the venue or event you are attending.

The Pony Club vaccination rule states that no pony may compete on the same day as a relevant injection is given or on any of the 6 days following such an injection, so timing is key.

If you are attending any QHPC rally / event, please remember to take your passport (with the vaccination entries) as they will be checked

NOTE – RALLY/TRAINING Cancellation policy “No refunds are given within one week of the event”

Please remember to clear your horse’s droppings at any rally, training or other event you attend
