All new Members and membership renewals should use the Pony Club website: https://pcuk.org/join/membership

You can also download a membership form (Family memberships for 3 or more members in same household) or initiate a branch transfer.

Our branch is run by a group of enthusiastic volunteers who are available to answer questions or try to accommodate individual expectations (see contact details).

Our branch District Commissioner (DC) is Sue Henton

Please read the Code of Conduct for Parents and Guardians.

Members should understand the Code of Conduct for Members

Branch membership is on a 12 month rolling basis. This means that, for example, a new member joining on 20 April 2023 would be due for renewal on 19 April 2024.

For renewals please note:

  • Members can renew up to a month before expiry to ensure there is no break in membership. For example, a member due for renewal on 30 April 2023 can renew anytime in April, in which case their subscription would run from 1 May 2023 to 30 April 2024.
  • If a member doesn’t renew before their expiry date, they will need to renew before they can attend any Pony Club activity. For example, if a member was due to renew on 30 April and didn’t renew until 15 May, they would not be able to attend any Pony Club activity from 1 to 14 May and their subscription would run from 15 May 2023 to 14 May 2024.

Membership fees for 2023 – remain the same as 2022

Non-riding member £37; riding member £82 and family memberships £205 (up to 5 members in the same household).
