AREA 14 PRE SEASON
EVENTING TRAINING CAMP
HOSTED BY THE SOUTH AND WEST WILTS BRANCH
For those preparing to event in the upcoming 2025 season at 90cm –
(110cm) Novice.
Members MUST be proven at eventing at 90cm and above and must be 14
years or over at time of camp.
We are planning a series of mounted and care rallies with the aim to take C test in the Spring.
For new RAPC members aged 11 yrs + who have yet to take their D+test they can take this during the training. The aim is for members to enjoy the training, learn new skills and knowledge, with C test within their sights.
Road Rider Achievement Badge (RRA) is a pre requisite to taking C test, therefore the rallies will also include RRA training.

To be prepared and confident for the test you need to be a committed member who has attended the training.
The C test Care will be on Friday 18th April (Good Friday) at Hurst Lodge, Over Wallop and the C test Riding test is to be confirmed, possibly 3rd/4th May, venue tbc. You can take the Riding and Care sections separately so candidates will be put forward for the sections which they are well prepared for. Building works at Hurst Lodge is slightly restricting the availability of the venue hence the split in sections.
