Rallies are booked through the EntryMaster system or can be seen on the Pony Club Calendar alongside Area and National Pony Club Event.
PLEASE COULD YOU USE YOUR PONY’S/HORSE’S FULL REGISTERED NAME WHEN YOU BOOK RALLIES. THIS HELPS THE MANAGERS TRACK ANY QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR AREAS ETC.
PLEASE COULD YOU ALSO BE AWARE THAT YOUR HORSES/PONIES VACCINATIONS NEED TO BE UP TO DATE.

Rally cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend a rally once you have entered, a refund may be issued if the times for rides have not yet been released. After ride/rally times have been released SOHC reserve the right to withhold a refund to ensure venue and instructor costs are covered.
Where refunds are issued, please be aware that the Entrymaster booking fee of £1.20 is non- refundable.
