Each summer we offer our members the opportunity to attend Summer Camp, for many members the highlight of the Pony Club calendar. This year it will be at The White House, Meifod, courtesy of Alison Lewis. The members take part in mounted coached sessions in Dressage, Show Jumping, Cross Country, Mounted Games as well as taking hacks down to the river. There are also a range of unmounted activities covering horse and pony care in a fun and instructional way. Ponies are kept overnight in individual corrals or stables and children and parents camp in the lovely setting of the White House. Evening meals are taking close by, at the Kings Head. Coaches confirmed for this year include Sally Jackson, Tom Simpkin, Emily Gresty, Emma Muddiman and Myfi Powell. We have exclusive use of the picturesque venue which offers a cross country course, a jumping arena, and dressage arenas om perfect old turf.
