EMILY FLIES THE FLAG FOR CENTRAL ENGLAND

What an amazing weekend for Emily and Toby doing tetrathon at Oxtalls as a member of the Central England Team.

PB’s in the swim and run, and a fantastic effort around their biggest and longest XC course to date!!

Emily was amazing and finsihed with a brilliant 9th place xx
