The Role of the Responsible Adult at Rallies

At Pony Club rallies, a Responsible Adult is allocated to each group of members. This role supports the coach and committee, helps sessions run smoothly, and ensures high standards of safety, welfare, and behaviour for both children and ponies.

The role is usually carried out by a parent or volunteer. All parents are expected to undertake this role occasionally. Responsible Adults will be highlighted in red when rally groups and timings are circulated ahead of each fixture.
