Area Horse and Pony Care 2026
The best of LUCK to our members who represent us at Area Horse and Pony care in the junior class on 12th April. Then on Sun 26th our Mini teams will compete in the Mini team competition. The girls have been working hard over the winter so are hopefully well prepared. We have three teams in the Junior section;
20 teams entered and top 3 teams qualified.
Team Purple- Lucy G, Arabella T and Sophie I –QUALIFIED
Team Gold – Alice B, Georgia and Amelia K – Very well done to Alice who got outstanding individual
Team Burgundy- Bella E, Jemima T and Arwen D- 3rd place
Wow what a successful day for all three of our junior teams at the Area 3 Blue Cross Horse and Pony Care Competition! Rosettes and prizes all round, what a team! They have worked so hard and thoroughly deserve to have done so well, well done girls!
2nd overall and qualified for national Champs- Lucy, Arabella and Sophie
6th overall Jemima Bella E and Arwen
9th overall Alice Georgia and Amelia
Alice was awarded outstanding individual 
Congratulations to Lucy, Arabella and Sophie who have qualified for the JCB National Championships in August! Thankyou Helen Gajczak and Sophie Minikin for all your help with training and to Wilsden Equestrian Centre for hosting a brilliant competition. – see you at champs!
Huge congratulations to our three mini teams who competed at the Area 3 Blue Cross Horse and Pony Care qualifier . Only one of them had been before so there were a few nervous little faces before hand but we were greeted with huge smiles afterwards! The smiles were even bigger at prize giving with rosettes and goodies for all three teams – well done girls!
