PCUK have asked all branches to use an online booking system which will link to Pelham (PC database) and our website, as the old database, Unity will cease to exist soon. Consequently, bookings will be made via the online booking system Horse-Events (NB NOT Horsevents which is another site).
Many of you will be familiar with using online booking systems to enter competitions. This change should help with bookings, which can only be made following payment, and you will no longer need to email the secretary. Times will be posted on our website. Attached is an explanatory sheet – how to use the site- create an account and book rallies, and there is a link to FAQ page for more info. You will need to register on initial visit to create an account before booking rallies (via top right- head logo) NB if you have previously used Horse-Events you may need to register again as the site has been updated. As we need to book coaches, the closing date will be 14 days before each rally, after which there will be no refund. however if you miss this c/date, we will operate a wait list for odd late entries (on Horse-Events) where if you are not accepted (due to groupings and numbers)you will receive a refund of rally cost but not booking fee
Rallies will be published for booking on Horse- Events probably a month in advance in future, although all future organised/planned rallies will come out in newsletter as usual and posted on our website.
