Booking & Attending Rallies
· Please see the Calendar / Diary Dates page on the website, it shows an updated calendar of forthcoming (and past) events for the year. It runs from January to December.
· To book in to attend a rally, please fill in and return the rally reply slips, which can be found on the website (Rally Reply Slips). Remember that you must book for a rally two weeks before the rally date. To obtain your time please see the website under Rally/Clinic Times.
· Ride groups for rallies are put together taking into account ability, experience and age of both rider and pony/horse. We can meet very special requests eg if you share trailer or lorry with someone. Please be aware that it is very difficult for instructors to have rides of mixed abilities so please avoid asking to go on the same ride as someone if at all possible! Please remember too, that a responsible adult must accompany and stay with you at the rally.
· Rally cancellations will be shown on the Home Page of the website.
· Pony Club strongly recommend that members put an ICE (In Case of Emergency) number in their own mobile phones so that someone can be contacted if required. This would be advisable for situations outside of pony club as well.
· We are sorry but for safety reasons absolutely NO DOGS are allowed at any of our events/rallies.
Contact Details
· Members are often emailed with updates and reminders so we would be grateful if you could please provide a regularly used email address.

· A list of committee members can be found on the website under Contact List. Please do not call any committee member after 8pm at night!
· Keep your eye on the different pages of the Pony Club Website (www.pcuk.org)
Anyone who is dissatisfied in any way with the running/organising or teaching of the club should direct their concerns/complaints to North Shropshire’s District Commissioner Mo Edwards in writing in the first instance.
Under no circumstances, will any verbal abuse or disrespectful behaviour directed at any Instructor/Trainer/Committee Member or Helper at a rally/event/competition be tolerated. Behaviour which results in any Instructor/Trainer/Committee Member/Helper being approached in this way will result in the offending Parent/Member being asked to leave the club immediately.
We would remind all members that we encourage manners, good sportsmanship and respect to others within our club. We also expect all of our Instructors and trainers to be thanked on the day by the members after they have been taught/trained/supported.
Thank you for your Cooperation.
