Reminder: Due to the high numbers of members we now have in our club:
- Please send completed rally reply slips and correct payment to Sue Davies, Red House Farm, Little Ness, Shrewsbury SY4 2LG (unless advised otherwise)
- Cheques to be made payable to North Shropshire Pony Club
- Please return the rally reply slips at least 2 weeks before rally / training
- Check the rally / clinic times page on the website if allocated times are given
- Tack Check will always take place 15 mins prior to ride time

Competition Schedule / Entry Forms sent from other Pony Clubs
Please visit calendar for Area 7 (or Area 5) or individual pony club websites if interested in competing. Mo will need to sign entry forms.

Remember to look on the calendar for events hosted by other clubs (use the dropdown to select e.g. Area 7, Area 5 etc). Mo must sign all competition entry forms for other clubs please (please enclose the cheque and stamped addressed envelope for the organiser).
Rally Reply Slips
Due to the high numbers of members we now have in our club, please return the rally reply slips with the CORRECT payment by post at least 2 weeks before rally / training. This will enable us to book the correct amount of instructors and help minimise disappointment to members if the rallies are fully booked and they are unable to attend. In certain cases a waiting list system will be operated but this will obviously not guarantee a place. Due to the increased size of the club the administration time spent on organising and facilitating the rallies/events has increased considerably, so to carry on maintaining the booking system efficiently these guidelines will come into effect from the first week in April. We appreciate your co-operation with this revised system.
Cancellations
Please note if any rally/competition or activity is cancelled, it will now be advised via the website on the HOME PAGE. Unfortunately, we are not always able to advise of cancellations via phone calls & emails.
Voucher Scheme for Cancellations
Dear Members,
We have a new voucher scheme within the club. If your paid rally is cancelled by NSHBPC due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. the weather, you will be emailed a voucher which can be used as a credit against any forthcoming rally of your choice.
To redeem a credit voucher against forthcoming rallies, please quote the relevant voucher number and amount on your rally reply slip and return to Sue Davies.
The vouchers have their own specific number and will be checked against the records held on our file. This voucher must be used within the current membership year.
