With around 100 members, we’re a friendly, active branch where there is always plenty going on. We cater for a wide range of abilities and disciplines and there’s ample opportunity to compete for those who want to. Whatever your level of experience, we promise you’ll have fun, learn lots and make friends!

Entries now open for WKSPC One Day Event, 18th June

The schedule for the West Kent Sevenoaks one day event at East Bysshe on Sat 18th June is now available: WKSPC ODE schedule 18.6.17. Entries close on 8th June. We look forward to seeing lots of people there!

Entries now open for Area 11 Mounted Games Qualifier, 28 May

The schedule for Area 11 Mounted Games has now been published: Area MG schedule 2017.  The competition will be held at Brookers Farm near Edenbridge on Sunday 28 May. Entries close on 28 April so don’t delay! All enquiries to Emma Sollis (

Side saddle ‘have a go’ day

Area 8 of the Side Saddle Association is holding a side saddle ‘have a go’ clinic for PC members, at Brinsbury College, near Pulborough, West Sussex, RH20 1DL on Monday 10th April. The first riding session will start at 10am – fill in the booking form (Side Saddle Area 8 Pony Club have a go Session. 1) to put your name forward. Bring your own pony and receive instruction from approved instructor Jo Strange and her team. Any members not bringing their own pony can be instructed on a ‘pretend’ pony and try on a side saddle habit.

Annual prize giving and AGM

We held our annual prize giving and AGM on 2nd February and celebrated the success, achievement and participation of our members. A full report on the evening’s prizes can be found here. We also said goodbye to Mrs Minto who has stepped down after many years’ service to our branch, and welcomed Mrs Anne Mills into the role of DC.

New venue and date for our WKSPC one day event

Due to a change of management at Lockskinners, we have secured an exciting new venue for our one day event this year: East Bysshe. The event will be held on Sunday 18th June. More details and full schedule to follow in due course.
