We hold evening Show Jumping training sessions once a month — indoors during the winter and outdoors during the summer.

  • Senior members are coached by Sylvia Farmer

  • Junior members are coached by Ben Cousins

If you’re ready to take your enthusiasm for Show Jumping to the next level, there are plenty of exciting competitions you can take part in, including:

  • Area Competitions

  • National Championships

  • Regional Championships

  • The Pony Club Spring Festival

  • Royal Windsor Show Jumping

  • The Pony Club Mini Major International Show Jumping Class (London International Horse Show)

Members wishing to be considered for Branch teams are encouraged to attend regular training sessions and express their interest to the Team Manager.

Don’t forget to keep an eye on the Pony Club calendar for upcoming competitions!

PC 70 (Regional Championships)

PC Members must be 13 years and under on 1st January of the current year.  They must not have competed as a combination in PC80 and above in previous years.

PC 70 Plus (Regional Championships)

This is a class solely for individuals. There is no team competition.    Members must be aged 14 and over on 1st January of the current year.
Riders are NOT eligible if they have previously represented their Branch   or Centre at PC80 or above in any Show Jumping Competitions

PC 80 (Regional Championships) – Area Qualifier Round One will be 0.80m and Round Two is 0.80m with two fences at 0.85m with one double combination. Championships Round One is 0.80m with two fences at 0.85m with one double combination and Round Two will be 0.85m with two fences at 0.90m their can be two doubles and a water tray may be added.

PC 90 (Formally Novice) – Area Qualifier Round One will be 0.90m with two double combinations and Round Two is 0.95m and may contain a water tray. Championships Round One will be 0.95m with two double combinations and Round Two is 1.00m and a water tray will be added.

PC100 (Formally Intermediate) – Area Qualifier Round One will be 1.0m with two double combinations and Round Two 1.05 with a water tray added. Championship’s Round One will 1.05m with two double combinations and Round Two will be 1.05m with some fences at 1.10m and a water tray will be added.

PC 110 (Formally Open) – Area Qualifier Round One will be 1.10m with two double combinations and Round Two is 1.15m with one treble and one double and a water tray. Championship’s Round One will be 1.15m with a double and treble combination and Round Two will be 1.15m with some fences at 1.20m and a water tray or water jump will be added.
