FOR SALE – 2/5/22

Painswick Peter Pan – Pancake is a 148cm 4 year old (2018) Connemara gelding.

He is a very straightforward and easy pony, who would make a wonderful PC, mother/daughter share. I bought him as a 2 year old and have produced him myself with my son in mind, however a change in circumstances forces sale.

He has been very easy to produce, everything has been done slowly and correctly and all the basics have been covered. He is an excellent hack alone or in company and has seen lots of life. He is established in walk, trot and canter in the school, his flatwork is exceptional. He pops a small course of jumps and has seen small cross country fences/water. He is very willing, while also being very steady.

He has a very sweet temperament, can be handled by children and will be a child’s best friend. Due to his age he does need further education and is not ready to go out competing but is ready to attend pony club rallies and see some more of life. He is very sensible and level headed. He is 100% to shoe, box, hack, traffic, and in open spaces. He was unsure around clippers, however with time and trust I believe he would be fine. He is a horse who takes confidence from his rider, so no novices please. 5 star home sought for him.
