ALL HORSES AND PONIES ATTENDING TRAINING AND OTHER PC EVENTS MUST HAVE BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST EQUINE FLU WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS AND PASSPORTS MUST BE BROUGHT TO RALLIES TO BE CHECKED.

ENTRY TO THE RALLIES CLOSES 72 HOURS BEFORE THE RALLY **

PLEASE NOTE – Do not assume you have a rally space until you receive confirmation from the organiser. 72 hours notice must be given if you no longer require your space, otherwise full payment must be made.  Please check with rally organiser in the event of bad weather or ground conditions.

AT ALL RALLIES NO PONIES MUST BE LEFT UNATTENDED WHEN TIED TO TRAILERS OR LORRIES. PLEASE ALSO MAKE SURE YOU CLEAR UP ANY DROPPINGS FROM THE PARKING AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Please note – ALL HATS MUST be tagged BEFORE you can attend training!!

Hat tags are now BRIGHT PINK because all organisations updated their standards this year.
