Area 6 Qualifier – Arena Eventing – organised by the Belvoir Hunt Branch – POSTPONED TO 21 FEB.

We are very sorry, but following the review of the COVID 19 Tiers on 30th Dec, the competition on Sunday 3rd January is not now permitted, as Lincolnshire, with most of the East Midlands has been moved to Tier 4 from midnight 30th Dec 2020.

Please read all the instructions below – as our volunteers cannot answer 200 individual messages.

Although Tier 4 allows for some organised sport for U18’s – we feel the scale of an Area Competition, with travel across boundaries and large numbers of competitors + supporters would be inappropriate at this time, when we want to focus on keeping people healthy.

The Area Arena Eventing Qualifier is therefore postponed for 7 weeks, to a new date of SUNDAY February 21st 2021 when we hope to be able to run.

All current entries will be carried forward to the new date, so there is no need to anything immediately if you are entered.

If you would prefer to cancel your entry and gain a refund of your entry fee – this is the process: Login to your Horse Events account and cancel your entry by 16th Feb, from within the “my bookings” area of your account. Your entry will then be processed for cancelling and a refund will be made onto the card used when the booking was made.

If you would now like to enter the new date, particularly if you recently had to cancel your entry – Please re-enter online in the usual way we have re-opened bookings up, these will close when full or on the 16th February. We will open up a waitlist for additional entries, and review / confirm how many entries we can run in February.

Revised competition date – Sunday 21st Feb 2021
Close of entries and withdrawals / refunds – Tues 16th Feb 2021
Times available 7pm Friday 19th Feb 2021

Please follow the process outlined above to manage your entries yourself to reduce our admin.

After trying that process, if you have problems with your entry, please email info@horse-events.co.uk, or for any non-entry queries please email events@belvoirpc.co.uk.

Happy New Year.

8 Belvoir members celebrated C+ success !

We are very proud of our members who recently passed the very tough C+ level of the Pony Club efficiency test . The test is conducted by two external examiners and the riders are required to have a very high level of knowledge with regards to the care and management of their horse or pony as well as a riding element, in which they must display both practical riding skills to a high level and also be able to explain and show understanding of their riding. We are delighted that eight members of our Pony Club (aged from 13-17) passed their C+ exam which took place over 3 hours at the end of October.

Congratulations to Hope, Amelie, Annabel, Kitty, Poppy, Ella W, Evie and Ella M!
