Refund Policy Refunds are available for cancellations prior to the rally closing date or for medical/veterinary reasons after the closing date. There is a non-refundable booking fee of £1.50 that is applied to all refunds.
In order to place members into the best group please provide the rally organiser with any relevant info about pony or rider they might need to know such as a recent injury or a green pony.
