Every year the Grafton Hunt Pony Club runs two fantastic camps for different age groups. These camps give children the opportunity to have more intensive ridden & practical training through fun individual and team activities. During Junior & Senior camp there will be a BBQ. At the end of the camp there will be show and awards presentation, open to family & friends.
The 2024 the camps will be as follows:
30th July – 2nd August – Kingthorn, Greens Norton, Nr Towcester
For school years Reception to year 4.
Campers and Ponies come daily, approximately 9.30 – 4pm

Ponies and children come to camp daily, children on lead-rein welcome, with leader. Leaders can be arranged for you with advance notice.
For pre-schoolers, mornings only.
Thursday 25th July – Monday 29th July – Foxhill Hill Farm, Eydon, Nr Daventry
Members need to have attended at least 2 rallies on the pony they are taking to camp, so that instructors can assess the ability of the rider and the suitability of the pony, to ensure that they are in the right group for camp.
For school years 5 and 6.
Campers & ponies come daily to get ready to ride for 9.30am, and can be collected about 5pm after supervised tack cleaning. Parents do not stay unless volunteering to help that day.
There may be availability for some junior ponies to stay overnight. This is an additional cost and needs to be arranged beforehand.
School year 7 and above.
Campers to stay in own tents, and ponies in temporary stable block for the week. Overnight supervision is provided.
