HALF TERM End of Season Rally and Competition Day!

Come and join in the last Horseheath rally of the season and test you skills at our fun competition day! 10am-3.30pm. Don't worry, you don't need to be a professional jockey, this rally is suitable for all ages and abilities from lead rein upwards. For the younger ones there will be some jumping, some games, some cross country and if you like pampering your pony there will be marks for Tack and Turnout and plaiting (the plaiting part is optional however!!!!). The older ones will be focusing on some eventing training including a fun competition. We will break at lunch time for a family picnic, then there will be a fun prize giving at the end. Please bring siblings, grannies and anyone else who would like to see what you've learnt on your ponies over this year! Please wear shirt and pony club tie, jacket, beige jodhpurs, boots and chaps. Don't forget water and a haynet for your pony too. Book in asap if you're keen to join in.

1.30pm-4.30pm. To be held at either West Wratting or Horseheath depending on the weather. An opportunity to take your Road Rider Badge and learn more about safely riding on the road. A combination of theory and mounted exercises. Ponies can be shared if easier. Suitable for children aged 8 and over confidently riding off the lead rein.
