N&T PC Showjumping Sat 21st October
Huge apologies for the delay in getting times out – there has been a problem with Pony Club Results which we are trying to fix but until then, please find times for all competitors and a map of the site for tomorrow below! Thanks for your patience with this and have a great day!
We would like to reassure you that going at Horseheath is extraordinarily well drained and there is a huge amount of grass cover. We have had no rain at the venue this week except for 1& 1/2 hours on Wednesday late afternoon and until last night and today. (At Horseheath at 10.00am this morning the going was perfect and there is no standing water)
Our Health and Safety officer, the organiser who is a partner of NEH and Sue Peasley, the course builder, are perfectly happy for the competition to go ahead. The Arenas are big (60 x 80) so ample space to move fences if deemed necessary between classes and no need for tight turns etc
We hold all our Pony Club activities, Area competitions etc at Horseheath and a number of our members ponies do not have stud holes and some wear no shoes so we are well aware of these concerns.
The rain is due to stop this afternoon and hold off until 1pmish tomorrow so we have every confidence that we will go ahead.
N.B. All children ride in the competition at the discretion of their parent so the decision to compete is ultimately up to you.
