New Membership  

Pony Club Branch Membership is open to anyone (from total novices to those with more experience) up to the age of 25 who has access to a horse or pony, by ownership or loan, and has the means to transport the horse or pony to and from rallies and other events. Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase.  

Branch Membership fee for 2021 is £80.  

Non-Riding Branch Membership (£36 for 2021) is open to anyone up to the age of 25. Non-riding members can compete in any non-ridden activity or event such as the National Quiz, Triathlon or Blue Cross Care.

Our base for rallies and other events is Ickworth Park, Bury St Edmunds so if you live in the area and are interested in joining us, please get in touch with our Membership Secretary for more information, or complete the SHPC New Membership Form (Branch Membership) below.

Once completed the form should be returned to: Membership Team, The Pony Club, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2RW or a scanned copy can be emailed to membership@pcuk.org.  Payment details can be found on the form.  

 

Membership Renewals – IMPORTANT INFORMATION  

NEW FOR 2021: Membership renewals for 2021 will be via the new Pony Club PELHAM membership portal, rather than on Web Collect. You will receive a reminder e-mail when your child’s membership is close to expiring with all the information on how to renew. For family renewals the process this year will be slightly different – you will be contacted individually by Pony Club HQ with further details before your renewal date. 

Remember that membership now runs for 12 months from the date of purchase. 

Note: To be able to participate in Area competitions you must ensure that your membership is renewed and valid before the closing date of the entries for that competition and that your membership is also renewed and valid on the day of the competition (in addition to all other eligibility criteria).  

Note: Your membership must be renewed and valid in order to attend any pony club activity.
