We have had Dior for a couple of years and she has been the best pony for us. We have done everything with her including:
Hunter trials
Pony Club Rallies
Pony Club Games
Mounted Games
Showjumping
Arena Eventing
Dressage
Clinics
Beach Rides
Arena hires
Hacking (in company and alone)
Showing In hand & Ridden
She was bought for my daughter to do all PC activities on and she’s done that and more. They have competed locally and usually come home with a Rosette, Trophy or Sash!
She has competed at felbridge, duck hurst and did amazing at hickstead sunshine tour this year.
Showjumping we have only competed upto 60cm as my daughter is getting bigger on her. She would do more with a smaller, lighter but competent child.
She’s super brave and providing you line her up she will jump it. She’s so honest!
Ridden in a snaffle in all disciplines.
Shes barefoot and has always been with us but has been shod before we got her as she was driven.
Easiest pony at a day show or a stay away as she’ll stand and eat her haynet quite happily or hand graze quietly.
Easy to clip everywhere other than her legs she will flick them as sensitive. Good for farrier. She’s looked after by my daughter daily. Easy to catch. Walks like a big dog. Loves a bath and pamper, she’s grey it’s part of her daily routine haha.
Hacks out alone or in company. Goes first or last on hacks, my daughter has hacked her along busy roads and she’s not bothered by any traffic. Will tuck her bum if a big tractor goes past but that’s all. She is sensible in open spaces and fields.
Shes the brave pony that will lead her nappy friends.
Only looking for new home as my daughter has outgrown.
