Our Annual Awards Night was held on Friday, 13 September in The Thomas Hughes Memorial Hall, Uffington. It was a fantastic social occasion to round off the summer and showcase our appreciation for everyone involved in our fantastic branch, from our wonderful members, parents, grandparents, army of volunteers and amazing instructors.

Award Award Given For:
Award for Dressage The master of straightness, accuracy and transitions whilst keeping all 4 hooves on the ground.
Award for Eventing Courage, determination and all-round riding ability. Jack of all Trades, master of 3!
Award for Horse & Pony Care Expert in the field of a healthy happy horse, in or out of the saddle
Award for Hunting Being fearless, fool hardy & not minding a bit of mud!
Award for Mounted Games Incredible hand eye co-ordination with the quickest dismount and remount!
Award for Perseverance Showing determination despite difficulty or delay in achieving success
Award for Polo Resilience in the face of extreme changes in speed and direction
Award for Progress Where enough small victories equal big progress
Award for Racing Being daring, mentally alert, scrupulously honest, and an excellent judge of pace.
Award for Tetrathlon Future Gold Medalist for the Olympic Pentathlon
Bonnie Cup Bravery
Father of The Year The Dads who bought their children a pony instead of a hamster! And then generously gave their free time to PC.
Instructor of the Year Always there to help members perform to their best & learn with ease (and push the boundaries a bit)!
Molly Cup Being a brilliant all-round superstar Jack of all Trades, always willing to have a go at just about anything!
Mother of the Year Keeping all the plates spinning, the pony fit, the children fed, the hubby happy, and the house nearly as clean as the stables!
Spirit of Pony Club Competing for the enjoyment of the game well played and taking winning and losing in their stride.
Team of the Year Showing camaraderie at it’s finest both inside and outside the arena.
Unsung Hero of the Year The unsung hero who goes above and beyond.
Volunteer of the Year Dedicating their time, love and energy to give our members the best times of their lives.
