Magic is a 15.2hh, bay, 17 yrs-young English Sports Horse gelding. He is a seasoned eventer, having won at FEI 2*/BE Novice, and brought Sophie up from her second ever 90cm ODE through to BE Novice, including winning back-to-back BE100s at Solihull and Wellington, Reserve Champion at the Schools Equestrian Games 100cm Championships 2023 at Dauntsey, and endless ribbons and double clears SJ/Arena eventing along the way. Magic has also been to numerous camps/training days, passed his C+ plus and got full marks for his GCSE PE practical!
He has had a busy eventing career to date and is now looking for a slightly quieter life (prob no hunting). He is very well schooled, loves to jump and is an absolute joy to hack, being forward but sane and loves to see new places, great on his own or in company. While he’d be an amazing schoolmaster for a young rider, we would prefer him to go somewhere where he has a home for life rather than needing to move on again in another 2-3yrs. He would make a very classy ride for any mum out there wanting a well-schooled, well-mannered boy for riding club/clinics/low level eventing etc. He’s a fit event horse who appreciates a kind hand and wouldn’t be suitable for a novice.
He is a complete darling in the stable, a yard favourite who loves cuddles and is good to do, shoe, clip, catch etc. Travels very well, happy to be left on trailer, easy to do on your own when out. Live in at night/out during day at present (reverse in summer), but a bit of wuss and not a fan of lots of rain! Currently at livery on a working farm so completely used to tractors, sheep, cows, dogs, quad bikes etc.
Loving, knowledgeable, experienced and long-term home absolutely essential. This gorgeous boy owes us nothing and we want the very best for him. We’d love for him to go to someone local via word of mouth if possible (he is currently at livery with Rachel, past president of OBHPC and master of OBH, and Claire Matheson who would be delighted if he stayed!).
He incurred a tendon injury in 2021 but has been eventing full-time since 2022 without issue. Happy to fully discuss with interested parties.
Looking for upper end of 4 figures, but finding the best home is more important than price. Some tack and rugs available by negotiation.

Fofsway Royal Blue
Blue is a 12hh bay pony 19 years young.
He would ideally suit a family with a little person who would like to do lead rein pottering about as he is very safe but also would like to step up with an older sibling to show jump, x country and hacking out.
He is very good in traffic, good to load, catch in field and has never kicked out. He is very greedy!
He comes with an extensive wardrobe and very nice Stuben saddle.
